about

Two-channel drones in low sample rate, sitting between 5Hz and 400Hz.

Album dedicated to Dr. Harry Nyquist.

NOTE ! ! !
To be listened on sound system equipped in subwoofer.
Recommended software for playback: Audacity.

Digital tracks on bandcamp are .wav renderings of the .OGG format from the 3.5" floppy disks.

"On this disk you will find more then 2 hours of my drones.
What I've done here is just to make an experiment with Nyquist frequency! So, when you use bandpass between 0Hz and, for example, 400hz to prepare something musical, like drone, when you export it, you use not 44100Hz but (bandpass x 2) in case 400Hz you export 800Hz.
It`s a lot less data!!!
Working on the album was simple! I used EQ to do not make any sound more than 400 Hz. Sometimes even, like in a Drone U, just 0 Hz to 100Hz modulation! Then I exported it as I mentioned before "x 2", and got a sound without distortions, ready for further compression!
So this files are 16Bit, stereo but not 44100Hz because I don't use this freq for my drones, but from 100 do 400 Hz usually. That all takes us to ear lossless concept (please notice that ogg is a super nice compression, of course mathematically we loose something but we put 1300 MB of data to 1 MB, and to the ear It sounds exactly the same!
F**king magic! That`s all folks! That disk was my dream over last year, I`am very happy that such a great label is releasing it, thank you Kamil and Weiwei.
!Thank you very much!"
